How many checkout units can I view with the Cockpit?
With our cockpit, you have the option of viewing up to 12 checkout units at the same time, which makes the cashier's work much easier.
As a customer, can I set the various ads myself?
Yes, as a customer you can decide for yourself which ads should be displayed. Our user-friendly interface makes it easy for you to select the adverts you want. This allows you to ensure that the ads are precisely tailored to your target group and sales strategies.
Do I have to play adverts via the Ad Spaces or can I also communicate other information via the screens?
You can also use the Ad Spaces to communicate other information. In addition to advertising, the Ad Spaces can be used for internal communication, for example, to announce upcoming events or provide general information. This allows you to use the screens flexibly and in a variety of ways.
Is it possible to connect the self-checkout system to a scale?
Our system can be used in conjunction with a scale. It should be noted that the use of a scale extends the self-checkout process by around 50%. If your primary goal is to increase throughput and reduce queues, we recommend using small and large plates instead of a scale. In addition to the aesthetic advantages in your catering establishment, you make it easier for your guests to use the self-checkout, reduce susceptibility to errors in additional hardware and can dispense with regular calibrations.
